Corporate Controller Services

Significant experience in providing financial management services to companies by maintaining the corporate financial records, and assisting management teams in planning, budgeting and measuring financial results. Services can be provided on a complete basis for smaller clients, or by managing client personnel for larger situations.

Human Resource Management

Able to manage and provide both basic and complex human resource services, from hiring and firing, disciplinary actions, personnel performance reviews, compensation reviews, and implementing human resource policies.  Services can be provided on a complete basis for smaller clients, or by managing client personnel for larger situations.

Legal Assistance

Capable of providing alternative services typically provided by legal firms by drafting and/or reviewing certain form agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, employment documents, sales and purchase agreements.  Able to act as primary interface with client's law firms and coordinate all legal activities.

Merger & Acquisition Services 

Available for either management advisory services or detailed M&A financial due diligence.  Experience includes M&A transactions on both the buy side and sell side, for both stock transactions and asset acquisitions.  Select M&A experience includes the acquisition of Astral Point Communications (on the sell side of a stock transaction with Alcatel); the acquisition of Seranoa Networks (on the sell side of an asset acquisition with White Rock Networks); and the purchase of both Folio and Waypoint (on the buy side of stock transactions by Open Market).

Technical Accounting Issues

Available on a contract basis to provide subject matter expertise on various financial matters, most notably the intricacies of revenue recognition within various industries, including those governed by SOP 97-2, SAB 104 and SOP 81-1.

Board / Advisory Services

Available for select Board of Director positions, including representation on Audit Committees, providing the required financial matter expertise derived from 20+ years of public and private accounting and financial management experience.

Turnaround Situations
